Jeffrey Gitomer suggests that whilst both are great, a YES attitude is more powerful because it assumes that everything you say and do will start with YES, even when it’s NO.

A YES attitude help you to formulate your response in a positive form.

A YES attitude is more declarative, it tells people that their expectations will be met and that your answer to whatever they want will be YES or in a positive format.

Everyone wants to hear YES. And if you think of yourself as a YES person, not only will you be in a positive frame of mind, but you will also have positive expectations.
